Beijing Kowloon Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. is
located in Beijing Yanqing Economic and
Technological Development Zone at the foot of the
Great Wall, which is surrounded by the Great Wall, Longqing Canyon, Kangxi Grassland and National
Forest Park. Featuring pure water and fresh air, it
is the best choice for a pharmaceutical factory’s
location. The factory buildings occupy an area of
54,711.22 square meters. The workshop was designed
and constructed strictly in line with GMP standards.
Now, the pharmaceutical production equipment is one
of the most advanced in the country. The factory
also has all the necessary labs and experiment
apparatuses. In addition, the factory is equipped
with the advanced production monitoring system and
computed management system, capable of real time
visual monitoring and automatic management of
production.
Beijing Kowloon Pharmaceutical CO.,LTD. passed the GMP authentication in October 2001. In November
2001, we won the new-and-hi-tech enterprise
certificate. The GMP certificate indicates that the
factory management complies with the international
standards and the factory has the ability to produce
high quality products. |

1. At present, the factory has five production lines
that manufacture drop pills, tablets (coating),
granules, oral liquids（10ml~200ml）, and capsules,
respectively. The quantity per year is 30 million
bottles of oral liquids, 800 million pills of drop
pills, 200 million pills of capsules, 20 million
bags of granules and 300 million pieces of tablets.
The equipment for all the above mentioned types of
products is advanced and highly automated. The
workshops have the potential for expansion. If the
market requires, the factory can add more equipment
to increase the productivity by two or three times.
2. We have the most advanced facilities and
technology to extract Chinese Herbs, and we provide
services for extraction of effective components of
Chinese Herbs, including: high temperature solvent
extraction, super low temperature critical extract,
low temperature infuse, low temperature gradient
filter, diphase solvent extraction, refinement of
extracts, temperature-controlled dynamic extraction,
molecular distillation; vacuum concentration,
concentration by evaporation (membrane method),
concentration by evaporation(tri-effects),
deposition by alcohol, reclaim by alcohol,
distillation by alcohol; vacuum drying, spray
drying, cold storage process and freezing process.
